This recently reviewed Pulse tariff plan will also entitle customers to call at Flat rate of 11kobo/sec ACROSS ALL local Networks after spending NG₦11 daily. So when your accumulated spend on calls reaches N11, your calls to all national numbers will reduce to 11kobo/sec.
I don’t want to believe that recession is affecting them because they earlier revamped thier data plans. But whatever the reason for this 'change' may be, it wasn't done well.
However, subscribers on MTN Pulse tariff plan can still enjoy:

*. Happy Hour night browsing at NG₦25/day
