EX militants inside the Niger Delta have threatened to drag out of the protection of centers of OML 30 if background energy operational offerings constrained, operators of the oil block should move in advance with their alleged plan to introduce a non governmental organization, NGO to negotiate evaluate of Memorandum of know-how , MoU with host communities of the oil block.
